Friday

[ You've all done pretty well this week thus far -- this time no one has even seemed to outwardly give the motive much of a blink or two. Given that this has been the case, it probably ran through everyone's minds that no one this week would bother to commit an additional murder based upon motive, especially since it had been already filled with the sea of three bodies added to the pile. Besides, who would kill for something like Power anyway? Psh.

... It wasn't like people had killed their own best friends for power or accidentally unleashed monstrous abominations in their quest for power, right?

Anyway.

As morning dawns once again and people get up...at around 5-6 am or so, for the early risers they may find something quickly, although whether that somethingis something pleasant is another thing entirely. ]

I thoroughly searched Merciless's room and found nothing relevant to this case. This has obviously not been used.

CLEANING PRODUCTS

The mop was thoroughly damp, but appeared to have dried somewhat. I'd say it would have been a decent amount of time since it was used. It also smelled fairly distinctly of bleach. The bleach in question was almost completely empty, and appears to have been mixed with weak hydrogen peroxide given the label on the can.

Not literally, someone poured a vat of blood into the washing machine. But there was LOTS of blood. Sorta against the walls of the machine rather than pooled in a specific place.]

[ Most of them aren't longer than a "Dear [x]" and a sentence or two. They're all addressed to either someone named Rider, a "Senpai", and a "Neesan."

What little she wrote is mostly "I hope you're alright and I miss you" and "I'm a bit scared but I'm doing my best." There's a few pictures of the lobby tucked with them, particularly nice shots of the chandeliers and mirrors. One addressed to "Neesan" has the caption "the chandelier at the Tohsaka house is still there, right? I always thought it looked so pretty at night. Or, I guess it only looked like a chandelier when I was little, but still." ]

MEN'S LOCKER ROOMS

[Attached is a picture men's shower stall sprayed with luminol. Attached is a note:]

Appears to have been the only stall used in the men's locker room. Sprayed it with luminol and it appears that someone was washing off some blood.

I also checked the women's locker room. No signs of it being used.

WASHING MACHINE

The washing machine has appeared to be used very recently and was once full of something that had a lot of blood on it.

[Oh dear. These were letters meant to be private, weren't they? Shelley tried to leave the notes and letters as she had found them. It was true the letters were barely started, but...it felt private.

If there's nothing else to check, Shelley will leave the room and pretend she didn't enter, lie that'll get unveiled once she submits evidence, of course. But for now she's leaning towards believing Sakura is innocent]

There's a stack of envelopes that are just empty off to the side, but there's a couple that seem to be bulging a little. If he looks inside one of the open ones, it appears to be... USB keys? From the mail room. There's also a sealed envelope too, and if Yuri feels that one up he can probably come to the conclusion that there are more USBs there too.]

he'll look inside and see them. they were put in as evidence last time weren't they? don't know if there is a point in resubmitting them. the ones in the sealed envelope must be important if it's well ... sealed. he'll go ahead and unseal it just to be sure there's nothing more than the USBs in there.

and with those at least in mind he'll take one more look around to make sure he hadn't overlooked anything. ]
