[ Another week has come and gone-- albeit with a great deal of excitement. It wouldn't be strange if by the end of the week you had nearly forgotten the week's new motive altogether with everything that's been going on since the middle of the week. But even if you did, that didn't make it go away. It was still there. Waiting. For just one person to give it the proper consideration.

...had someone decided that one person's life was worth erasing to get rid of another?

It no longer seems so crazy, does it?

As another morning dawns, people will rise-- perhaps with every intention of going about their daily routines same as always. But somewhere, a surprise is waiting to be discovered. But what oh what will they find this time? Just maybe it won't be so bad. Or maybe it will. ]

If only because I haven't done any in years. I probably couldn't even shoot a gun if you put it in front of me.

But you can still tell how much blood is in the air... Under the smell of bleach and from inside of a freezer.

[Sorry, were you guys having a conversation? Because before the wind shuts off - something flies through the air and hits Leo in the face.]

How did it even end up flying around?

[Well, up until Mikami removed the tape, the fan was still blowing everything (such as the petals) around at high speed!

Though what it's doing here is another question. It does seem to be the only card in the area.]

[O...kay. Well. It's a good thing he has gloves on because he'll be taking that and stuffing it in a plastic bag pulled from his pocket for now.

Look. It's Friday. Even in his sleepy stupor he's figured out what that means and what he ought to come prepared with.

If he looks, can he tell where the wind blows from?]

[The wind comes from the fan. The card seemed to have been caught in the wind above Leo before falling onto him.]

[Above... Such as in a tree, perhaps?]

[parasomniacs]

[It's very possible! So.... Does Leo want to climb a tree too?]

[lienhearts]

[He's going to climb the shit out of a tree, generally gauging whichever one seems most opportune to have had a card on it to flutter down and hit him in the face from the wind.

Unlike Mikami, he's not afraid to get dirty, and the gloves help protect his hands. He doesn't struggle too much with getting himself up there.]

[Well, it so happens that Shingo's body was directly under the sakura tree. So that one is going to be the best one, most likely.]

[lienhearts]

[Cool beans. Once he's up there, is there anything of note? More cards? Scraped up bark? Broken branches?]

[There's a little bit of torn white fabric stuck in one of the branches....]

[Just gonna take that. Are the branches around that area otherwise undamaged?]

[Mitsuko looks up and says a little loudly.]

I found branches underneath him! There's also something torn from his coat... Do you think he could have just had an accident?

[Staying to examine the body might have been a good idea.]

Depends on if Mikami's found anything else. But what the hell would he be doing up here, anyway?

Don't young boys always do things like climb trees? I mean, it's unfortunate but if we have no other evidence...
