[ Another week has come and gone-- albeit with a great deal of excitement. It wouldn't be strange if by the end of the week you had nearly forgotten the week's new motive altogether with everything that's been going on since the middle of the week. But even if you did, that didn't make it go away. It was still there. Waiting. For just one person to give it the proper consideration.

...had someone decided that one person's life was worth erasing to get rid of another?

It no longer seems so crazy, does it?

As another morning dawns, people will rise-- perhaps with every intention of going about their daily routines same as always. But somewhere, a surprise is waiting to be discovered. But what oh what will they find this time? Just maybe it won't be so bad. Or maybe it will. ]

Hey Rean, get some of those... weird ass rulers they have, would you? And some tape. [Because being Zemurian is suffering when everything around you is in the goddamn Imperial measurement system.]

[ What in Aidios' name is this Imperial measurement system? Rean's been boggling over that ever since he saw how the heights and weights were listed on the profiles. But all right, since he's the resident task bitch that means he's more than happy enough to dash off to the gift shop.

Minutes later he'll be back with tape and... rulers. A handful of 'em!! ]

Sure hope we know what we're doing here, because I know I can't make heads and tails of whatever system they're using here.

Eh. From the looks of it, I think at least a couple of people know how to read these things, so hopefully getting a picture should be enough for someone to tell what's goin' on.

Line 'em up and I'll tape them.

[And then suddenly this crime scene is looking a lot like those scales parents use for measuring their kids' heights?? What is this.]

Sure hope so. Anyway, I'll just go ahead and... set them up.

[ Welp, this is what happens when you leave measuring shit to the Zemurian kids. Starting from the bottom, Rean will hold up each ruler for Crow to tape them up. Each are taped one by one all the way up to where the bloodstain is.

Because neither of them know how to read these rulers, Rean will just ask Crow to standby while he snaps another picture. ]

That should do it. I think we're done here.

[Wait... Maybe they could.]

Hey. Think we can figure out how this measuring system works if we measure ourselves against it? [Because clearly this is the only reasonable thing to do when you have a bunch of rulers taped up against the wall.]

Well. I don't see why not, except... are we sure we even have time to figure it out?

It can't take more than a few minutes, right? [It's just Sunday School level arithmetic!! How hard could it be??]

We might as well. And who knows? Maybe it'll come in handy eventually.
