Monday - Thursday

[ There is a particularly somber atmosphere in the quiet hotel. The day before ended with a terrible miscalculation and an innocent life lost in the name of the “experiment”. Emotions certainly ran high and it would not be strange for those effects to linger into the dawn of the new week. Until now they had successfully determined and executed three other murderers. But the fourth got away. They may not want to face the future yet—but the experiment stops for nothing. 

The opening of a new wing would probably be of little solace to them. But it's not long before they are granted a small distraction.

Early Monday morning -- before they’ve even had a chance to properly examine the new floor and it’s rooms -- a text announcement arrives, following a small jingle. The sound is new; different from the announcement tones used during the investigation last week. It’s just as loud and persistent, but there’s an annoying set of four repeated notes in a pattern that lazily imitates a song assigned to this notification.]

Hello participants. 

I hope you are doing well this morning and are well rested for the day ahead. There will be a meeting held in the lobby fifteen minutes from now. You will all be required to attend. Any person who is absent will be appropriately hunted down and brought to the meeting place by whatever means necessary. An important change has been made to the experimental proceedings, of which you must all now be made well aware.

See you all in fifteen minutes.

[YURI LOWELL GET SOME BANDAGES ON THIS INSTANT actually here you go, he'll just pull a roll of bandages from his pocket like he came prepared for this exact moment!!]

I even went to the trouble of getting a first aid kit just in case!

You... didn't have to do that.

[ HE CAN TAKE CARE OF HIMSELF ( no he can't ) ]

Apparently I did, since you won't keep your injuries bandaged.

[Here, take it. He was serious about doing it himself but he'll at least give you the option of dressing your own wounds first!!]

You really are going to aggravate them or get them infected at this rate! Please try to be a little more careful, ja?

[HOW CAN YOU SAVE TERCA LUMIREIS IF YOU'RE DEAD]

It's not as if it's been a lack of trying. Hard to keep them bandaged when you don't have any.

[ which is absolutely no excuse when he can just room service them but. whatever. he's been taking the bandages off when they're getting old and disgusting?? he just doesn't... have anything to rebandage with.

he'll take those bandages from yeager. but uh they're in the ballroom are you expecting him to move to get these bandages on ]

Well, come on! I don't have all day! I didn't bring the antiseptic cream, so we'll have to stop by my room to get that.

[APPARENTLY WE'RE GOING TO GO DO THIS NOW, COME ON]

[ REALLY YEAGER DOES IT LOOK LIKE HE WANTS TO MOVE ]

Why did you bother coming down here if you didn't have everything?

[ S I G H ]

Something tells me this was your plan from the beginning.

Oh come now, what would ever give you an idea like that~?

[ c: COME ON YURI he'll at least be nice and take the elevator!!!]

I can think of a few things.

[ UGH OKAY HE'S COMING up from the comfortable sofa and to a stuffy elevator with yeager he goes... ]

[But thankfully it won't take long to get to his room. You're one of the lucky few he'll let in here, enjoy it...???]

Ah, here we are!

[It's just sitting on the desk. Because of course it is.]

[ huh. guess he is. after all yeager didn't open his door to anyone for room searching did he.

... not that yuri cares. he's here against his will. and he totally sees that antiseptic sitting there on the desk. yeager... ]

You're kidding me.

[ THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY HIS PLAN you can't convince yuri otherwise ]

Well, it is sitting right there, so no! I'm not kidding you at all!

[ can. can yuri just turn around and walk out because that's what he's gonna try to do right now oh my god he doesn't want to deal with you. ]

Oh come on, you're no fun at all!

[He'll actually go grab that and then just. Follow Yuri. As you do.]

I really am going to insist that you take it, you know!

[ yuri sighs. okay so yeager is trying to help. might as well accept it. he does want to live after all. ]

... I'll take it. But--

[ he can't believe he's saying this ]

-- I could use the help.

[ this is probably the most awkward thing he's asked of yeager god why this ]

[...Well that was the last thing he was expecting, uh.]

Sure, let's do this in private, ja?

[Come on in!! He actually won't make this any more painful than it needs to be, since Yuri did have to ask him for help, after all.]

[ yeager would normally not be his first choice (or choice at all) but... he's here and he might as well get bandages back on these injuries asap.

he'll simply nod to that and slip into yeager's room. let's get this over with. ]

[Yeager usually doesn't tend to injuries quite like this, but he's learned a few things over the year from taking care of kids. So, let's do this! You can handle the antiseptic cream yourself, so he'll hand that over first.]

[vigilantims]

[ That is something that he can do. Once he strips off his shirt anyways. His chest injury isn't infected but ... it's not all that pretty either.

But on goes the cream. It doesn't take long for Yuri to be finished putting that on. ]

[scythegun]

[Yeager nods a bit once that's done and unrolls the bandages a bit to get started. He's careful not to wrap the bandages too tightly or too loosely and once he's done he steps back and checks his work.]

There, that should do it!

[vigilantims]

Better than I thought you'd do.

[ not really. but he says this because while he's thankful this was awkward enough he's not saying thanks to yeager ]

Is your opinion of me really so low?

[...OF COURSE IT IS.]

Anyway, that's the last of the bandages I have, so take care of them!

Heh. Guess I'm going to have to find a way to get more bandages.

[ MAYBE USE ROOM SERVICE YURI?? ]

Why would I be opposed?

Well, you can get a first aid kit easily from them if you ask!
