Monday - Thursday

[Despite earnest intentions to the contrary, last week had a business-as-usual murder trial. Well, you may not all act noble, but you'll be treated like royalty on this new floor. ...Except by Sheepy, who is still bugging you when you're awake. The strange distortions appear in the air before she shows up before everyone.]

One can only hope the friendships you've made here are strong enough to withstand this secret being revealed. I know it won't change how I feel about you, so that's one less person you won't have to worry about.

[ Vanitas just raises an eyebrow at that question before tilting his head back and laughing; not at her but the almost absurd nature of the question as if she'd asked him something like a joke. Only to shake his head afterward. ]

Not selfish at all! Those kind of fears are what makes us human, and it makes perfectly logical sense considering the context of this situation. [ A pause. ] You'll never be truly alone, no matter what it is you've done.

[ It actually sounds pretty reasonable with how he'd put it, though somewhat meant to be reassuring in some context. Then she just has to ask that and his expression seems to almost falter a touch, though for a moment it seems almost like he's trying to fight off a grin. ]

There's no use in hiding from something once it's out in the open. I'll just have to stick it out like everyone else and accept whatever people are going to think of me!

[ Sure he played it up as if this whole 'secret getting out' thing didn't bug him but it kind of did. The kind of thing that would come out with this wouldn't be good in any stretch of the word, but he could only hope that people wouldn't be too entirely critical about it in the end. ]

You should be fine, granted you're standing near both me and Noé. He's been a bit antisocial lately but I know he's tough and he'll be there to keep us safe.
