[ You've all done pretty well this week thus far -- this time no one has even seemed to outwardly give the motive much of a blink or two. Given that this has been the case, it probably ran through everyone's minds that no one this week would bother to commit an additional murder based upon motive, especially since it had been already filled with the sea of three bodies added to the pile. Besides, who would kill for something like Power anyway? Psh.

... It wasn't like people had killed their own best friends for power or accidentally unleashed monstrous abominations in their quest for power, right?

Anyway.

As morning dawns once again and people get up...at around 5-6 am or so, for the early risers they may find something quickly, although whether that somethingis something pleasant is another thing entirely. ]

[Good morning, Mitsuko! It's a lovely morning to make breakfast! The kitchen is nice and clean! Granted, every morning it's clean, but today it's extra clean, smelling of bleach and with big shiny mop trails on the floor. It's so clean!]

[ And being that she has to make breakfast, Sakura tags along, as well. ]

Do you smell something?

Ah... Good morning. Yes, actually. I smell a lot of bleach. I think we should probably take a look around.

[We're back to the Lime green outfit today, because having clothes to cycle through is fun. He's not feeling the best after last night, but it's time to face the music of another day, which means getting breakfast.

Looks like the usual suspects are in here, although...]

Hm? What's that about bleach?

The whole kitchen stinks of bleach. Some is to be expected but this... It's really burning my nose. Don't you notice?

[No, of course you don't. She just has a very keen sense of smell.]

[The staff usually does not make the restaurant smell THIS clean.

There aren't any large or brightly colored objects that are immediately striking from a distance. Then again, the kitchen is a large room with lots of subareas. The trash cans, the stoves, the cabinets, the countertops, the corner with cleaning supplies, the freezer...]

[As Sakura heads towards the fridge and cabinets, she'll head towards the freezer. This is definitely weird.]

[ He couldn't sleep properly so he'd headed here first thing, but he stopped short upon seeing everyone else. ]

Is that what that awful smell is? Yes, it would be good to investigate that.

[ Stopping short, he couldn't help but watch Mitsuko as she headed toward the freezer. ]

[When she opens it,
She sees a figure.
What's wrong with him?
He isn't dinner.

On the side is a pile
Leg; two arms, hands, and feet.
The scene smells vile
His body isn't complete.

Green fur covered skin
Leg, stabbed torso, and head
No two ways to slice it:
The Grinch is dead.]

[She just shrieks, one hand covering her nose and mouth and then slams the freezer shut again.]

[YEAH, SCREAMS ARE NOT GOOD SIGNS. Time to go see what's what.]

What did you find?

[He's got a good guess, naturally, but he can't help if he can't see it.]

Why would anyone do this to a perfectly good freezer?

[So Kevin's hungry and needs to nurse that hangover. After tea with Conchita, he heads down to the restaurant to see the commotion and--]

[He's running to see and... ugh, this is worse than he's seen too. Suddenly he feels pretty sober and better...]

Did y'all just find this...?

[His voice is soft, but there's definitely a sense of urgency. And seeing those who are horrified, well...]

Hey, y'all just standin' there, let's get out. Best to investigate other places.

[His tone is a little harsh, but it's commanding, definitely...]

[ Here's hoping Ciel did some...middle of the night deep cleaning...

a silent nod. She'll start poking around in the cabinets and fridge. ]

[The cabinets of ingredients have no striking colors! Based on how frequently Sakura cooks here, she could even come to the conclusion that no ingredients have been moved.]

...nothing wrong, here. In the cabinets, I mean.

[ She does notice that.

How about the trash bins? ]

[There's no visual contrast in the trash bins, but it smells sort of "coppery"...

There's some food trash, but there's also a separate black trash bag within the main trash bag.]

[Well, apparently this is happening, alright. He'll go ahead and follow to check out the cleaning supplies, if the place smells so strongly of it all.]

[So the cleaning supplies are in a corner. There's an open box of plastic gloves, several rolls of paper towels, soaps (of multiple types such as dish soap and hand soap), cloths, a can of bleach...

What stands out as different the most? Well. A mop is nice and wet.]

[oh hey it's leo HOPE YOU DON'T MIND VON KARMA SHOWING UP, TOO. let's look at that mop.]

[That mop sure is wet! You might be able to test it too. But it's clear someone was also into the other cleaning supplies as well. The bleach is almost completely empty.]

[...okay right. let's look at the countertops and the stoves first, since people have the other stuff covered.]

I'm sorry the kitchen is so big that I didnt draw a masterpiece of it

He could move on to the ovens or the dishwasher.]
